I have bought and sold many houses over the years and the service I have received from Paul, Alan, Tom and in fact the whole team has been far superior to anything I?ve ever experienced. From the offset the quality of service and customer care delivered by Paul at Fine and Country was exemplary. His pragmatism and sagacity were invaluable, whilst the wider Fine and Country team also made every effort to make our sale run on rails. The photography and attention to detail in the marketing package are also noteworthy and enabled us to capture the magic of our house in a way that other vendors may not have done.Would highly recommend Fine and Country West Cornwall to anyone selling a property that is more than just bricks and mortar.

Fine and Country West Cornwall are an excellent Estate Agent who offer a very professional service. The staff are all extremely knowledgeable and friendly and have a real real feel for the property market in the west of Cornwall .We were kept informed of progress at all stages of the sale but most important of all we had 20 viewings in the first week and 4 offers and eventually sold above the asking price. I would not hesitate to deal with this company again
