Absolutely shocking. We had food missing from our order, rang up politely and a rude lady answered saying it will be on the way. 2 hours later we ring again and they tell us we have to wait another hour.
AWFUL service.

Ordered a large meat feast pizza
Gave us the something different with mushrooms on it ,smell was a bit off got home to realise that they messed it up and ate but couldn?t finish it the taste was off ,different from the one we usually order in

Awful pizza! Waited 1 hr 45 mins for delivery, had to call shop 3 times..cold, very little cheese, scarce toppings
Fries cold,went straight into the bin.!!

I drove 20 minutes to collect my pizza, which I'd upgraded for the double decadence crust +3.00 and when I got there they said they'd sent my pizza out for delivery. It has my name on it? And then they proceed to offer me, someone else's pizza which was completely different on a standard crust, and offered a large dip as compensation for the mistake. The large dip doesn't even equate to the crust upgrade? Not to mention the pizza they then gave me was completely wrong and had mushrooms on it which I don't like. Every time I go in there they don't seem to care about customer service at all, and I think it must have changed hands because half the staff have changed also. It's only been since this change that I've had issues with this place

Bloke on the phone is rude, phoned to ask for the rest of my order which didn?t arrive and he said I?ll refund you, I waited and nothing so phoned asking for the refund and he got angry like it was rude of me to ask for money I paid for food I didn?t get. Never got a refund. Pizza also far too salty, about 6 of us were all up at different points in the night chugging water. Wouldn?t bother with this place.

Tried to order online but were told they couldn't process it and to call them, we did they couldn't understand what fries were got quite rude and told us to order online and hung up!!

Awful. Out on delivery for 40 minutes. Came cold and stuck to top of box, broken all jn middle, sent back pizza with driver. Rang it through, no pizza and now 23.23 and ordered at 8.40. No refund given. When i rang up lady kept saying 2 minutes 2 minutes. Avoid. Will try get money back tomorrow.

Ordered from here for ages and recently they have not gotten our order right each time. On this occasion the board had said it was ready but our order wasn?t and by the time we received it the order was completely wrong. It?s like they have changed hands.

Rarely order take away so was a little put off by the negative reviews. Needn't have worried as the food was prepared on time, hot and fresh. The store itself was immaculate and I liked that you can see the pizzas being prepped. Polite staff. What's not to like?

Purchased 2 pizzas online to collect. Waiting times stated 9-14 minutes. Got there slightly late and waited at the checkouts for someone to serve me but even though some.of the staff looked at me, I wasn't acknowledged. I had to verbally asked to be served.Only half my order (one pizza) was fulfilled and the other one quote unquote 'went missing'They made another pizza which then took another 15 minutes to make and it had the wrong toppings on. No sorry, no apologies. My other pizza went cold by the time the second pizza was finally made.I would avoid this if on holiday on visiting lovely helston and the surroundings. If I could give it a 0 I would.
