Can't believe they charge £2.80 for still lemonade!! Just watched them fill a plastic cup with tap water then added a dash of concentrate. Poor quality.

Customer service is hit and miss depending on who you are served by. One member of staff especially can come across very rude and as no people skills. Generally the service is good.

I can not tolerate caffeine and they don't care.I can not tolerate caffeine.However every time and I mean everytime I go to this Costa and request a decaffeinated drink the staff do not use clean utensils in the coffee making process.Every time they use the same little coffee collection cups (don't know technical term) that are covered in the coffee from previous customers.If a customer request a decaffeinated drink there's a good chance it's for a good reason.If I was vegitarian and went to a restaurant I would not want my meal cooked in the same dirty pan that they had just cooked a steak in.So why is it acceptable to use the same caffeinecontaminated filters, collection cups etc.I have also noticed this is same with the jugs when oat milk etc are requestedPlease get this sorted...If it wasn't for this it would be 5 stars genuinelyDietary restrictions: Caffeine intolerance

I go here fairly often, never had an issue with any drinks or food. The staff are really friendly. It can be a long wait if there's a queue but the staff can't help that though as it's a small shop and only seems to have 2 workers at a time.

Very disappointed my sister's toasty was burnt she asked for it to be changed and when the staff returned it , it was thrown on table and still burnt. Will not be returning
