I stupidly forgot my medication when I travelled to Cornwall for a week. The assistant and pharmacist were so helpful and arranged emergency meds to cover me. I am so grateful for the help.

Our family have used this chemist for many years and always found the staff really helpful and polite , special thanks for their sterling work dealing with people during this pandemic ,and the risks undertaken ,having prolonged contact with many people on a daily basis. I needed some emergency medication. The lady was dismissive and rude. I asked if I could call my local Boots or Helston, both who would authorise them. I was told I had to go to Helston a 20 minute drive away. Not a way to deal with a customer asking for emergency medication!
