Having been bitten several times by horse flies on a walk I went in to ask for the Boots brand bite/sting spray, which can give quick relief. Neither woman within Boots came to the counter and I had to speak to them where they were. A shake of the head and no interest in why I needed it, whether there was something else they could offer etc. Complete disinterest. Poor customer service.

Dan was incredibly helpful in sourcing my granddaughter?s medication. He checked online to see if any other
Boots store had the medicine in stock before ordering just before closing time then calling me as soon as it arrived the following morning. Thank you Dan
This is in strong contrast to the dreadful service I received from the pharmacy in Tesco at Helston.

Rude and unhelpful. I?m severely mentally and physically disabled. I had visited with a three day shortfall of my meds. Bearing I?m mind that I take upwards of 30 pills a day my wife asked if these could be placed in a blister pack. The woman on the phone said ?they only do that for locals!?. So now I?ll have to try and identify, count and work out whether they?re to be taken morning, tea time or bedtime! Total bloody misery.

Absolutely disgusting staff. We bobbed in 3mins before closing as we just needed some sunscreen and the staff was so rude and couldn?t get me out quick enough! The lady on the counter was so rude I just wanted a bag and she huffed and told me it was 5 pence but as iv already paid I couldn?t pay again by card but they don?t accept cash? Honestly never had a bad experience in a boots but this place was just horrible experience!!!! Never again!!!
