I went here today as I think I have an ear infection, as was advised by my doctors surgery to go to a pharmacy first. The pharmacist was extremely unhelpful to two people in front of my one who had a disability which affected his speech, and was struggling to give details but the pharmacist was not helpful at all and quite impatient. I was then told that they only help with ear infections for under seventeens and I felt like I had wasted their time!

The staff at the pharmacy were so kind and helpful today. The pharmacist took her time to take down all the detail of my condition, gave me good advice and prescribed appropriate medications. She genuinely cared and made me feel at ease. They were so supportive and helpful. Thank you

I needed a repeat prescription and although I was down here on holiday. The gentleman at the chemist was very helpful and fulfilled my prescription even though my own GP surgery wouldn't help or do anything.
