Popped in to pick up an item I purchased on ebay. I hadn't received an FM code but the Parcel Force tracker had said it was delivered 2 days previously. The chap behind the counter explained to me the policies of ebay and his hands were tied. He then helped me to find a different code that ebay uses to produce the FM code... read full comment
