Shell this time great not too busy.. Good shop , coffee, snacks. Charging for your Electric cars, money machine 24hrs service. Only 1 thing needs to be added is a car wash.

I tried refilling my screenwash here using the machine twice in the last 3 days and both times, was charged but no screen wash was dispensed. When I went into the Garage to seek guidance, I found the staff pretty unhelpful as they simply said it wasn't associated with the Garage and there should be a contact number on the machine to get a refund. On the second occasion, the attendant seemed aware of the issue, but the machine hadn't been labelled as faulty. This experience will definitely deter me from using the machine again in future. When I have had similar issues at alternative garages, I have found the customer service to be much more helpful.

After driving 7 hours from home we were tried and fed up.. however on entering this Shell garage we were met by Linda,a member of staff who was a real tonic!! Super friendly, very helpful ( unlike many shell staff who don?t even say thank you) we left feeling with a ? spring in our step?. Thanks Linda.
Whatever wage she is on isn?t enough!!

There are four ev charging points here. Only one of them is working! The infrastructure just isn?t available to be able to drive electric vehicles in this country. If you offer charging the least you can do is to keep them in working order.

Shell are too expensive, it is probably better fuel than anywhere else, bot 10p a litre more is excessive imho

We are with an electric car on holiday in the UK from the Netherlands. We now know that you only need to scan the qr code and use the visa card and start to charge for using Shell. But there are desperate people who can not start due to the bad explanation on the machine. Shell we need no apps. We have enough different apps already. Easy machines Instavolt and Grit serve.

Great location, no ice cream options? only Ben & Jerry?s Chocolate Fudge, very disappointed they didn?t have Twisters or Mango Solero?s. Also, asked for 2 Mango Smoothies, and was given a Green Machine and some sort of beetroot concoction?Will return however, and try again!

0 stars, selling V-power in crazy price, but honestly I'm using Shell quite often and here they selling ordinary fuel as V power, I've sent probes to investigate and will prove it
