Always have the best food at Salt bar. I?ve never been disappointed. The staff are always friendly and atmosphere is nice ?
The fried Brie is to die for. Calamari is always amazing too! Starburst cocktail is on of my faves.

Sensational. Thank for a lovely night, great restaurant. Six staff (all facing you), two cooks, two front of house, talented bartender and guy in the middle (master of multi tasking). Superb food (surf and turf to die for). They made it look so simple from the first to last cover. A must for my next holiday to Cornwall.

Where do you start, starter of monkfish and prawns very generous size tasty and flavour some wow thought it wouldn't get better how wrong can you get, next sea bass and garlic prawns on burger wheat with accompanied drizzled and flavours all I can say you blew my taste buds, better food here than Rick's I'm afraid to say, as for the service it was faultless well done guys and gals

Well priced, lovely staff, scrummy mocktails and cocktails and the most amazing food. Super filling but beautifully made. The atmosphere was amazing. And yet again because I can't get over it, the staff were amazing. Kind, friendly and always checking to make sure everything was ok, just what you want when dining. About to attend my food coma ?

Wonderful lunch at a smart retro food bar in Hayle. We had the Sea Bass on Aubergine stew and Salt Burger. Parking at ASDA really easy and the service from the team was superb, nothing was a problem.

Just had tea at Salt after a busy day in St Ives. From the minute we walked in friendly warm welcoming atmosphere. We were acknowledged by 3 members of staff at some point and each person was so warm and friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble .
The food itself was fresh and served hot , we both ordered the brisket smash burger with fries. We didn't intend on having dessert however on seeing raspberry and white chocolate cheesecake on the menu we were tempted. A huge slice served with raspberry couli and honeycomb and it was to die for. Highly recommend this place just wish we lived closer!

Been a couple times, lovely little restaurant!
Great portion sizes worth the value for money, and nice and quick service!
Only complaint is the sauces are in small sachets I?d prefer bottles or tubs with for ketchup, mayo etc!
