Hotel is clean and quiet, no AC but there is fan in room. Bathroom clean and sheets are clean.

We stopped here for one night prior to a wedding and being able to get into our onward holiday let for the rest of the week. It's in a great location, with access to shops, a petrol station, Starbucks, mcdonalds etc. The rooms were a bit shabby and could do with updating but they were clean. We were on the second floor and it was super hot. No air con but we did have a fan in the room, thank god. Overall a good stay.

Room is standard primer inn style and no problem with it. However, room got a bad smell when I walked in. Although website stated no air con, there was a fan on the desk for the night. The ventilation in the room needs upgrade. The hotel location is very close to at Ives with 14 mins drive. McDonald and M&s nearby makes it accessible.

It was a very pleasant stay with a very clean room.that was able to fit myself, my partner and 3 little ones in as well very comfortably.
Staff were lovely and welcoming and there was little to no noise while trying to sleep.
We travelled from the train station but can see it being a great location for anyone driving and multiple amenities nearby also

We really like to stay in Premier Inn hotels but this one was the worst we ever stayed in. Staff was friendly but the room was really old and smelled musty. It was disgusting, same for the bathroom. It was a shame and the price for the room was very high. If we had the possibility to stay somewhere else I would have done it but unfortunately we checked in very late.

Hotel is located well as it?s easy to get to various places to visit.
Hotel itself was clean but we stayed for two nights and had 2 uncomfortable nights due to the room being warm, a fan was in the room but it made no difference and was very noisy which doesn?t help when you need to sleep.
In the bathroom the sink did not have hot water only cold.
The receptionist just apologised due to the room being uncomfortable and no further comment made.
Hotel isn?t as well maintained as other premier inns used before.

Really nice and affordable place. Staff is super friendly. Our beds were very comfortable and the room quiet. Breakfast was great. Free parking and only an 8 minute drive to the beach.

Joy and Jamie were very welcoming hosts. Very helpful, great to chat to and a good laugh. Don?t ask Jamie who Lenny Henry is? she won?t know ? I was also in no way bribed to write a review but these two are far better than everyone else and deserve a pay rise. Take note Premier Inn! Jamie needs to fund her 21st Birthday coming up ??

If you need a hotel accessible on the main route through Cornwall without paying a fortune, this is the hotel for you. Yes it needs an update and air conditioning added but it's clean , easy for breakfast/dinner and the staff are incredibly (yes incredibly) helpful and polite.

Team are brilliant, but rooms on the other hand are not! Strong smell of damp in bathroom stunk the room out, I have more pressure when undertaking a call of nature than the shower, USB charging points by bed didn?t work, and hair dryer kept tripping out when plugged in. The places needs investment-refurb. Unfortunately we won?t stay there again and the travel lodge is just across the street. A real shame.
