I am beyond furious and filled with hatred for the unparalleled excellence you have provided me with your food. Your delicious meals have left me with an insatiable desire for more, and I cannot believe I am being subjected to such a high-quality experience. I am writing this letter to express my extreme disappointment in the extraordinary service and food that you have provided to me.Your food has left me feeling betrayed and deceived. I was under the impression that McDonald?s was just another fast-food joint, churning out greasy, unhealthy meals that no one should ever enjoy. But to my utter dismay, you have proven me wrong and served me some of the most amazing food I have ever had the pleasure of tasting.Your food is so amazing that it has ruined other fast-food chains for me.I am now faced with the daunting task of finding another fast-food joint that can even come close to the mouth-watering experience that McDonald?s has provided me with. Usual breakfast a sausage,egg muffin with hash brown. A little poorly assembled so trick to eat in the car, however it was moist and tasty so hit the spot. Coffee was flat white and good, though a black is my favorite McD's do seem to use plasma to make up!

Food could always be hotter but other than that exactly what you'd expect. One of the more consistent fast food stops, polite staff. Can be noisy when full of kids.

Went through drive in and for the second time they could only take cash?? Wen I got to the get my food window, after queuing and not being able to buy anything, I spoke to the young girl who had her back to me ... So I raised my voice slightly, and looking at me she turned back to me and carried on talking to her colleagues...I just wanted to ask if I could get some food inside ????So I just drove off upset....This is the second time that the money via card won't work.Wat was doubly annoying was the fact that they didn't tell me prior to joining the queue... So I wasted my time and diesel b nightmare

Never opens on time.I stop off regularly for my morning coffee. It's really annoying that opening times state 6am and as I'm passing on a30 at 6am you would think its ideal for a quick stop off. No not this McDonald's they open when they feel like it sometimes 6.10am before they decide to open which by the time I drive through and get it turns into 6.15 before I'm back on the road now running behind for work. No apologies No nothing and act like it's totally acceptable. Always seem to be youngsters running this place and I'm sorry that you can get up early enough to start work but if you can't open at 6am as stated everywhere then you need to change your opening times to what can be managed by your team. And wouldn't effect everyone.

I went inside with my two dogs (French), waiting for my husband to order breakfast for me and the children. After a while, the manager came up to me and told me we couldn't sit inside with dogs. I said ok, but I said we would eat there, but outside is wet tables to sit and eat. She said we can't have dogs inside!. My husband took tissues and started wiping the water off our table and bench. Once we had eaten, the staff came and wiped other tables. We felt bad, so the manager should have told us to They sat outside with their dogs and asked that someone would take care of our table. There is no sign on the door of the building that dogs are not allowed!!!!

A great place to have a bite to eat, very convenient if you're on the way to st Ives or Penzance. Had two big Mac meals and two drinks of our choice £13 served very quickly and by very helpful and pleasant
