I love everything in this shop. I would buy all my clothes from here but I live too far away. I did, buy a beautiful thick longline cardigan and it was very reasonably priced. Would love it if the website was up and running.

Had great service in the shop today. Felt like I could browse for as long as I liked, really pleased with the items I bought. Looking forward to visiting again when on holiday next year ?

Went to the shop on a Thurs asked when the other shop would be open they told me Saturday between 1 and 5 so made another long journey to the shop arrived and was shut rang the other shop who said it would open soon waited outside with other ladies in the scorching heat till 2pm still no show what a waste of my time. Would not recommend

Terrible, I have been a regular shopper in this shop for years spending hundreds of pounds a year between may this year and July I spent £200 . I had a pair of magic trousers I bought in may which the material started to brake down and the stitching came away . So two weeks ago I attempted to take them back , but the shop assistant apparently could not give me a refund , so I spoke to the owner on the phone who tried to blame me for washing them to warm.then said she would be in the shop at 1.30 to see them , I said I was on a tight time frame as I had an appointment , went back to the shop at 1.30 not there , left the shop thoroughly fed up at 1.55 as she had not turned up even though she had apparently left her home to get there earlier . Disappointed disgusted at how regular customers are treated wont be going back.

The staff have always been lovely but the Manager was rude and aggressive. I bought a dress that didn't fit. When I asked for credit note the manager was not happy and said that the dress was creased and she would need to steam it. I pointed out it had been in a bag. She said that returns were only given as an act of good will. I stated that most boutiques return goods. She told me to name a boutique that did and I was able to do so. She returned the dress to the bag and said she wasn't going to give me a credit note. I asked her why she was being so rude?She came out from the counter and looked like she was going to attack me, saying she was sick of me and to get out.I never got the refund. I will never go in there again. Horrific experience.

Absolutely disgusting way to run a business. You buy a faulty item from the sister shop. Make 4 trips to get a refund and get told to come down on a Saturday to the big shop to get a refund as they don't know how or are not allowed to do a refund. Shop is meant to open at 1pm and still not open at 1.30pm. Now going to have to make yet another journey next Saturday. Wouldn't mind if it was a few pounds but the item was nearly £30.will not be visiting this shop again. Avoid terrible service. Shame really as item was lovely.

REFUSED to serve my mother due to not being able to wear a face covering due to an illness. With proof shes except too. Absolutely disgusting, with the time we are in you should be making the vulnerable feel safe no ashamed for having medical conditions.

I?ve been shopping at Dune for a few years now, the staff are always friendly and very helpful.Dune stock a great range of clothes, stylish but affordable.When you enter the boutique all of the clothing and accessories are arranged in the shop by colour range, this makes it so much easier to browse all of the items Dune has for sale.This little boutique is worth checking out. The next time you?re in Hayle be sure to pop in for a look.
