I only ever get delivery.
Have had the pleasure of having the same delivery driver a few times. A young man named Josh. What a nice guy. Always curteous and helpful. Always turns up on time. I like my food promptly delivered. Seems like a hard worker. Guy should get the recognition he deserves. Excellent wotk deserves acknowledgment

Appalling service. Doesnt work on the app.....try to ring the store and they genuinely cannot understand basic English

Paid for a meal deal on the app for delivery. The driver could not find me despite speaking to him on the phone when he finally rang and giving clear instructions. I watched the map on the app and the driver just sat in the same place a mile away from the house for over 20 minutes after the telephone call and did not try to ring me again at all. By this time it was nearly an hour past the delivery time and I got in the car and went to look for him using the map. He handed me the order on the side of the road and all the chicken sides were missing and the pizza was obviously stone cold. The pizza toppings were scarce. The whole service was terrible - delivery was not made to the house, the order was incomplete with missing food and what food we did receive was cold and not worth the money. I spoke to the branch manager about a refund but he never actioned one so I went on dominos website and made a complaint for a refund.

I rang Dominoes Hayle asking for a custom order, as I have a number of food intolerances. I was told that they simply would not accommodate my order. I have ordered from Dominoes Launceston before, and they have been more than helpful.
