Lovely staff and great coffee. A warm atmosphere with seemingly content, happy customers provided a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The food was the only disappointment? without a second of doubt it was overpriced and lacked flavour which was certainly a shame!

Visited Saturday (3rd May 2025 )Bank Holiday between 10-11am.
Friendly service from both members of staff, maybe another member of staff scheduled would have helped.
Very busy with queue nearly out of the door, waited just under 10 minutes to be served.
Card only payments.
Alot of the food options were out of stock, so I just purchased a drink.
Lots of customers are sitting inside and a few feeding the seagulls outside - might need to put signs on the tables asking them not too - before it becomes a bigger problem.

My sister and I went for coffee after being apart for two years It was very tragic, but when we got there it was a very weird atmosphere, we got a coffee and they were cold and the cups were dirty and we wouldn't be going back again x

The food & Cappachino was very nice, however the tables were dirty. Should not have to ask for them to be cleaned

Didn't eat, cakes and snacks served here, you want to call that food, crack on, service, hmmmmm, only wanted two cups of coffee, over ten minutes, that to me is a long time, i know that because i timed it, might sound axnal, not really they charge enough for it, i want it now, not in ten minutes, not next week. atmosphere, give me a break, what atmosphere, people sat around on mobile phones and laptops in there own little world, im afraid people, the world is outside, not on mobiles, one of the only places ive never tidied up after myself, normally put cups, waste on a tray take it to the counter, so others can just sit straight at the table, not here, i payed enough, you clean it up, happy days.

Terrible no smiles coffee basically thrown at you, hardly any breakfast and it?s 10.10 am. Nothing set up no apologise. Been here lots of times but never met tow rude can?t be bothered women, go home if you don?t want to be here, coz people having coffee from their faces the way they weee treated don?t want to be here either

the coffee and cookies here are delicious indeed! the mugs are a very generous size too - we love it. service is also brilliant, the staff are delightful & hardworking. and finally i'm OBSESSED with the interior, it is literally so cute + creates a cosy atmosphere?

This is a very nice Costa since the refit. Staff are friendly and very efficient. Plenty of sockets. Free parking in the Retail Park.
