This was the most in-depth and informative eye test I have ever had. Really professional and friendly staff. The optician was excellent (apologies, I do not remember his name). Loren who assisted with my choice of glasses, measuring up and advising was amazing too. A super team and a good experience. I am looking forward to getting my new glasses! ;-)

I came in with an emergency situation. I was given an appointment very quickly. Jade who initially dealt with me was very efficient and kind and quickly established what needed to be done and clearly explained that. I then saw Pria the Opthalmist who was equally kind. She was extremely efficient and gave me a thorough eye examination. To make certain that there were no major problems she referred me to the eye unit at the hospital. Which came through for the next day. Really impressed with all the staff in the opticians department. All were extremely helpful and kind.

A very personal attentive service with Angie. She has so much patience listening to my concerns and always coming up with a solution or suggestion. I would not hesitate to recommend Boots Opticians. The front of house staff are always helpful if I phone or pop in for some supply refills.
