If this was just on the staff that speak to patients and theirs families it would be a 4 or5 star.Sadly the system and whoever is making the prescriptions up is failing patients and the staff.If you ring a week before your prescription is due and you go to the pharmacy a week later you would expect it to be ready and waiting for you . Not to have to have wait outside in the cold and wet .I really feel for the staff serving the patients

Lovely pharmacy opens late but not weekends ,as its a small pharmacy bear in mind that they work hard in dealing with heavy traffic as especially they now have the extra load of a recent closed pharmacy so please be patient, if not then your probably best go to another larger one at top of town as they are a lovely bunch of staff really.

bloody poor I was waiting 15 mins today for the place to be open. When it says 7am you open and no sorry for being late. The guy who was on wants to learn his people skills. And I put in for a prescription on tuesday 19th october 2021 and no prescription when my son needs his medication for his kidneys its a joke who runs it get someone who can do the job.
