The quality of care in this surgery, has plummeted since Covid19. If it wasn't for the professionalism and care of my doctor,, this review would be a 2 star. It's near impossible to get an appointment, even with concerning symptoms.four months ago I had a minor but 1cm deep puncture wound, from a splinter, I decided to go there for advice and for it too be cleaned if needed, but without as much as looking at it, the receptionist, dismissed me saying it's not a minor injuries unit, and to go Penzance. This when compared to previous levels of care is shocking, in 2014 I had an accident, that resulted in a drill bit snapping off then going strait through my finger. I went to the surgery, and the staff were very proactive. Straightway I was taken in for it to be looked at, and cleaned, they called a doctor in and it was quickly decided that i needed to go A&E, after the doctor noticed the exit wound. Before sending me off they thoroughly cleaned it, and dressed it, then continued this level of care until the wound healed.I did go to minor injuries to have it checked over, and little needed to be done aside cleaning it, this could have easily been established and done at the surgery, had they still maintained the standard of care they had pre Covid, saving queuing times at A&E.The surgery needs to really start providing the level of care it once did, saving unneeded trips, and saving on waiting times in more urgent care settings. 5 years ago i would have given a 5 star review.

Be warned, Dr Kevin Hart, by his own admission, is not competent enough to organise blood tests. I wouldn't trust him with anything medical.

Well laid out, no long ques plenty of space in the waiting room and masks are still a necessity when visiting, all team members were very helpful and friendly.
