Great staff. Rooms clean and pretty good location

Needs updating. Bed comfy but oh my god is the room hot. Window wouldn't open. They gave us a fan that stopped working. 2dults and 2kids just ridiculous heat.
Book in the restaurant if you want a table. Gets busy. Breakfast good value for money.

We stayed at this hotel just off the A30 near Newquay and had a really pleasant experience. It?s set within a modern business park, around a 20-minute drive from the town centre, so it?s a peaceful spot with plenty of conveniences nearby. There?s a McDonald?s, an M&S Foodhall, and a few other shops within walking distance, which made grabbing a quick bite or essentials really easy.
The hotel itself felt premium and well-kept. Check-in was smooth, with plenty of free parking available ? just remember to register your number plate at reception to avoid any parking charges. The staff were lovely and welcoming throughout our stay, which really made a difference.
Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. One small downside: since the hotel is close to the A30, there might be a bit of road noise if your room faces the highway. It didn?t bother us too much, but light sleepers may want to request a room away from the main road.
The attached restaurant/pub was a pleasant surprise ? cozy atmosphere, great service, and a good selection of classic pub meals. We really enjoyed our dinner there.
Overall, it?s a great option if you?re looking for a convenient and comfortable base near Newquay with easy access to both the coast and the main road. Would happily stay again!

Its a premier inn as always the rooms are so comfortable, and it still has a pub next door it's not one where the pub is shut and the only food in in t hotel ,was well pleased with the food and doombar ,

We?ve stayed at many Premier Inns across the country and have generally had good experiences, but unfortunately, this particular stay was disappointing. During our one-night visit, several staff members mentioned they were short-staffed for the weekend, which we understand must have been challenging. That said, meeting basic guest needs shouldn?t feel like such a struggle.
The reception staff were friendly but clearly under a lot of pressure. Upon checking into our room, we were met with an unpleasant smell. We also found only one towel and no spare pillows. I approached a staff member in the corridor to raise these concerns politely, but the response was less than helpful. She told me the pillows were on top of the wardrobe; when I explained that I?d already checked and there were none, she simply shrugged. Thankfully, a different receptionist later that evening resolved the issue.
The room itself was uncomfortably hot, even with the fan on. We had to leave the window open, which led to a very noisy night due to the traffic from the A30.
On a more positive note, we dined at the adjoining restaurant for both dinner and breakfast, and the staff there were all very friendly and accommodating.
As regular visitors to Newquay, we chose this location for its proximity to an event, but based on this experience, we wouldn?t choose to stay here again.

It?s a good location, but like I am finding in a lot of Premier Inns lately, it?s tired and could benefit from an upgrade. It also has very creaky floors, so try and be on an upper level if you can! However, for the price we paid, we can?t ask for much more, and it?s consistent with other Premier Inns.

One of the worse nights sleep I?ve ever had in a premier inn. My choice was to try and sleep in an extremely hot stuffy room or open the window (it only opens a small amount and then have a slightly cooler room but listen to the Lorry?s rumbling pass on the A30. The room came with a Dyson fan but that was of little effect. I had one of the rooms closest to the main road and as soon as I checked in mid afternoon I asked to change to one further away but was told the hotel was virtually full so there was nothing they could do.
I tend to pick premier inns as you know what standard you?re getting, I won?t pick this one ever again.

Rooms are reasonably priced and spacious. This is not a luxury hotel but the space is clean and tidy, the staff are friendly and happy to help. The road passing by is quite noisy as it is busy at all hours but this is not a deal-breaker. This being said, I would consider staying here again as the location makes the rest of middle Cornwall very easy to access.

Convenient stop on a very windy day. Staff couldn't have been more helpful.
