Called into this lovely old pub, full of character for a late lunch after a big walk with my dog. Was made welcome by the bar maid who took my food and drink order. I chose the chowder, which came with warm bread and butter. I was given a large bowl serving, hot, creamy and nicely seasoned for my taste. Generous chunks... read full comment
