Very good ?.. fabulous views from pretty much every part of the hotel?.. friendly welcoming staff, and even the new recruits seem eager to please?. The bar manager is a true gent, very knowledgeable and can mix a mean cocktail?? we brought our (not so well behaved) dog and she was still made to feel welcome??. Worth noting it?s well worth pre booking your parking space and if you plan to eat in restaurant again pre book. Continental breakfast is good, space again is limited so you can pre book a table time slot the night before??? a noticeable improvement in service over their sister hotel in padstow and on par with their Salcombe hotel?. We will be back

A huge thank you to Kat, Bonney and everyone there for their outstanding hospitality. We had a small issue upon arrival, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Their kindness, professionalism, and dedication truly made all the difference. I?ve honestly never seen staff so genuinely devoted to helping guests, it was heartwarming and unforgettable.
The rest of the stay was perfect, a generous and delicious breakfast, a spotless room with a beautiful view, a super comfortable bed, and a modern Smart TV.
I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. You?ll be in great hands and warmly welcomed. Thanks again to the whole team!

Had a three night stay to celebrate my wife's birthday. The location on the harbour front is spectacular and the restaurant and most of the rooms make good use of this. Access is down a narrow lane and take great care choosing your route. I had to negotiate a sharp turn and scraped a chunk of trim off on a low wall. I saw someone else with a gash in the same spot. We dropped off our luggage and the central car park above has very reasonable pricing if you buy a weekly ticket.
We had breakfast every day, an afternoon tea and one dinner. All the meals were excellent and the staff are attentive and friendly. It's only a short walk to the town centre and many other eating options.
One tip in room choice. We were in 404 which was under the restaurant so a little bit of noise when the tables were being re-arranged. It was also opposite the gents loo so the hand dryer was an occasional interruption.
The hotel meets the high standards we have experienced when visiting other members of the chain. We will use them again.

We booked for Birthday Dinner at Harbour Kitchen Restaurant, excellent and attentive service provided by the staff. Very friendly and helpful, gave us free glasses of prosecco to celebrate. The food was amazing. We had the fillet steak, cooked to perfection. I highly recommend if in the Fowey area.

Went on a trip from a cruise and stopped here for cream scones .

All laid out on a table had to help our selves ..did think we would get served .

Fantastic value for money amazing view of the estuary from the hotel restaurant meals and food options from the cooked menu are great evening meals are a bit pricey but you get what you pay for

Parking is very limited. It?s a hassle to find parking if they don?t have any available. The rooms are very nice, food is great.

We only stopped for coffee, we ended up staying for lunch and taking advantage of the amazing views!! Excellent service and hope to one day return for a longer stay with our little dog.
