“Love this place! A group of 12 of us (& dogs) have now stayed here twice. Total isolation, peace and quiet. Also means you can have some very loud parties ?? Fabulous history and although the studio is not open to those renting the house just the knowledge that so many incredible bands have recorded their music there makes it special. Gorgeous walks all around and the stream even has its own waterfall. If you want to visit nearby Fowey then recommend including a boat hire with your stay. House is well equipped and bedrooms are comfy; good selection of (mainly) doubles and twins. Lounge space is cosy but coupled with adjoining sun room/conservatory there's space to spread out. Unfortunately this fab house is now for sale but if renting continues we'll certainly be back. We've made some amazing memories here ♥️”
