I'm moving to Spain from the UK and wanted to cancel my SIM only deal to buy a pay as you go, as I won't use my UK number much. The staff were so desperate to sell me a new contract they blatantly lied that I couldn't top up a PAYG online abroad. They also said my credit score could be effected by not keeping a contact. I went home and called the cancellation line and was given the exact PAYG that I wanted without the blatant untruths. Be very careful in this store as they only care about their sales figures.

Popped in to the Falmouth store whilst down on holiday to sort an issue with the wife?s phone. Matt dealt with us. Very helpful, very friendly. Was able to resolve the issue and managed to get set up on a new tariff and saved us plenty of money on both mobile and home broadband. Everything dealt with very efficiently with nice friendly service. Great in-store experience.

Well, after a shaky start, which was totally annoying, and after a month, which I?ve now forgiven, I am now the proud, and slightly smug owner of an iPhone 12 Mini (lilac), and a new iPad Air. Data was transferred at the Vodafone Falmouth store yesterday for both, took about an hour, but that included IOS updates, really sorry I don?t know the name of the guy who did all the work!But it was a transfer from an out of contract iPhone 5, iPad 5, he said the transfer was replicating my old phone & tablet. He was right! Everything working beautifully. Just one note, as I have lots of apps on my phone & tablet, whilst the phone updated all of these when I was home and back on my WiFi, all the app updates on the tablet got ?stuck?.Log out of your Apple account, log back in - h?ray that fixed it.??? to the gentleman who helped me. I cannot be more pleased ?
