Went in for an eye test, the test went great and the man who did it was lovely but after the test had finished I was asked to sit down and wait for the lady to come over, I was sat for 20minutes before someone finally came over (after being prompted by another lady who was serving someone else) and it was just to take payment. I would?ve expected someone to come over within 5mins if it was just to take payment considering there was only 2/3 people in there. Disappointing.
