Trelawny Sales & Lettings have always been an excellent letting agent team in all the time I have been using them. Awful customer service don?t rather than let you know that you have not been shortlisted for a viewing they just ghost you and hope that you won?t chase them up.If you do chase them up they will claim they haven?t received your application form only to then turn around and say they are fully booked for viewings when you prove they have received it.Ironically they claim to be award winners and in the top 5% in the country for customer service but I?d advise avoiding at all costs.

We rented a property through Trelawny for 18 months until we were fortunate enough to purchase our own home. The staff at Trelawny were more than helpful with any problems we had with the property and were unbelievably quick to respond to any queries. They were kind and helpful throughout our tenancy and we are very grateful to the entire team. Couldn?t recommend them enough as landlords or as a company.
