Pity really, nice shop, such a shame that one pompus smart mouthed individual decided to roll his eyes and talk to me in a condescending fashion that rattled me as to seek out my wife, put items back and leave.Spent out money on similar elsewhere.

Lady in the furniture department amazing.. went above and beyond to help.Security guard at the front of the shop likes to belittle you in front of people, so rude and hurtful , for this reason I will not return. And will advise my family and friends not too either. Horrible man. Never felt so embarrassed. Since then, I have had an apology, but will not support Trago Mills again,Have been a loyal customer for absolute years...

Used the cafe. Young lady serving was really nice and polite. Ordered two panninis. They need a new grill without a doubt as theirs took twenty minutes to heat them up. First time we have had any issues though.

As exchange student, I could get almost everything at cheap prices (but don't recommend the art and office section, because most of the products were very bad quality, for example a licking sharpie and breaking boardpins)

Good experience and lots of options to choose from. Matt in carpet section was awesome. Helped us choose the right carpet and was patient enough to deal with our confusion, as we were changing our minds every 5 minutes and he should us so many carpets there.
