Great atmosphere for a brilliant gig, nice choice of drinks. Bit pricier but to be expected.

Great little music venue right in the middle of Falmouth. The venue was absolutely packed when we went, which proves they are doing something right.

The most Happening place in Falmouth on a Monday must be awesome on other days! Excellent Ale too.

Its a wonderful live music venue wgich caters to almost all tastes through the sheer variety of acts that perform, one night might be Norweigan Death Metal, another night a folk band, a local DJ or a percussian band, all with talent though and usually worth a watch and something refreshingly better than all modern pop music (there's no autotune here, just skill) . Drinks are cheap, great location in the middle of town and lots of pretty girls usually that are too young for me but nice to look at nether-the-less...Noteworthy details: Often you pay what you can afford to enter!

We stayed in the accommodation upstairs. Most uncomfortable nights? sleep we have ever had and we left early. We were warned about the noise, but the window (which is supposed to be closed for soundproofing) was broken. There are even threatening signs everywhere saying they can access your room at any time to close the windows due to not invalidating their soundproofing. We packed some good ear plugs so we managed. However? The mattress was cheap and old. The springs poked out and it felt like a lumpy water bed, each feeling the other move. The other guests may have experienced the same as we happened upon a bloke in his boxers sleeping in the kitchen. This along with the flat gate and doors left unlocked at all times made us feel quite unsafe.Management were disinterested, other than offering for us to leave if we wanted. No interest in discussing solutions or even face to face conversation, and told us no one has ever complained about the mattresses. In fact the ?managing director? pointed out he doesn?t normally get involved in complaints but was doing so on this occasion because his underling didn?t know what to do? by text. I guess they don?t bother reading their reviews as they have a constant turnover of guests. But we certainly aren?t the first and I am sure we won?t be the last.He offered us free tickets to the gig below, but we declined given we would be able to enjoy it from the lumpy discomfort of our own bed, had we stayed.Only redeeming features were that it was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped, when not accommodating additional half naked men.We got a refund for the night left early. Nearly stopped me leaving this review but I felt others need to see this.Really poor experience.

Beautiful quirky bar and venue on the new Falmouth high street. One table in particular has a great view across the estuary but it's tough to get that table. Great live music events here.

Best live music venue in Falmouth. Great acts and welcoming service. Gets pretty busy though so expect a bit of a hustle to get to the bar.
