Props to the night staff especially edie who was very helpful and conducted herself in a very professional manner even when a guy awkwardly tried to ask her out in such a cringe way. But in all seriousness I wish I saw more love for the night staff who deal with drunk tourists and locals alike keep on keeping on your all amazing babes ?

This is a rather sad little store with things badly arranged. Helpful staff but the till area is so small that you cannot separate unscanned from scanned items. Small quantities of items which for water in mid summer is just poor marketing. We wiped out their entire supply of sparkling water. That?s two packs.

It was an okay experience, but my issue with almost all Express stores is size. I know they're meant to be small, but some stores are so cramped to the point it's rather unpleasant squeezing past people in the aisles. But on the plus side they had all I needed and prices were reasonable.

Well stocked convenience store with every-day items; clean and tidy; choice of self service or staffed tills; ample parking (pay & display); external ATM; public conveniences <50 metres away; reasonable Access All Areas.

Good Tesco Express when missing the odd item. Staff are friendly and there is parking outside. Not cheap, but then you pay for the convenience.

Old man was very passive aggressive and nasty to me. I pointed to what I wanted and he told me it was rude so I apologised and told him what I wanted. He then sold me the wrong thing but I felt too anxious due to the hostility to correct him. Please retrain him as it gives a bad experience to the customers that keep this shop alive as I know it?s not just me that has had a bad experience with this man.

Wow. Jut when customer service levels can?t get any worse you visit this place. Here they?re below sea level! Nobody serving the public, idiots all stocking the shelves with stocking trolleys blocking the shelves so you can?t actually get at anything and so-called managers standing around just talking to each other. In the meantime the poor customer is ignored because they just can?t be bothered to serve you. It?s obvious that the so- called managers are not trained to actually serve customers. It?s so sad that the paying public have to accept such low standards of service while the chumps that work here deliberately ignore the people that pay them. This place is a sad indictment of how how bad customer service can be and how such bad standards have been brought down to Cornwall from up country. Tesco express Falmouth win the award for treating their customers the worst and it doesn?t get any worse than here !!

I feel many have had very similar experiences to mine. Older male at the tobacco desk who decided it was illegal to sell me tobacco as I was accompanied with two friends (important to mention these friends had already bought and paid and were waiting far behind me). I have my ID in hand but that?s not enough; both friends, who have now been called over, state how they haven?t ever and don?t smoke but still offer to show proof of age despite not having legal ID on them (both well over 18). I am the only one paying and consuming this tobacco, as I have done thousands of times before without issue! This elderly man quite obviously is on some crazed, manic power trip from withholding rightful sales. I then call Tesco Falmouth as I?m understandably frustrated and I?m met with ?That?s the law?, which it?s absolutely not. The law stated as on the Tesco website follows:
? No sale to any person under the age of 18 for Tobacco products? ? key word? sale.
Even so all three of us are quite obviously 20+ university masters students!
There?s obviously something so drastically missing from this man?s life that he feels the need to act in such an aggressive, pedantic manner towards so many. I hope he can find some peace and stop trying to ruin others?! Figure it out.

No complaints about produce sold at this shop however the rude member of staff that served me today?.. how does Tescos condone his mannerisms / behaviour!! I don?t usually write reviews but after reading previous reviews that appears everyone is talking about the same employee, I don?t understand why these issues are not being addressed with this person!
