Beds are awful. Advertised a king size bed but two singles pushed together! Mattresses should have been changed months ago as they have totally collapsed. For the price it?s a poor show

Communication between the spa and the restaurant is horrendous. We went for a couples spa day package as part of my honeymoon and the most disappointing part of the whole experience down was the lunch that is included in the package. Food was not being served when we went to lunch at our allocated time, we then had to wait nearly 40 minutes to get any food whatsoever. The waitress was very apologetic but the food that came wasn't particularly high standard. So not the relaxing experience it was supposed to be. The treatments that we had were brilliant and the only things that stopped this being 1 star. The hydrothermal spa was good, but needs some maintenance with missing dials in the showers.Food & drinks: Avoid the pizzas, much better quality available nearby

Fantastic set of equipment, a beautiful place to relax, hit the gym and go straight for a relaxing sauna. 100% recommended

Really incredible SPA I mean really incredible. The staf are extremely friendly. 11 out of 10!!!Breakfast is really good.So can I be picky? The rooms are spacious but they really need to give you more storage as there really isn't any where to put your clothes. There was a bit of noise from the room upstairs but we were offerred a change of rooms in a flash

Nice hotel, lovely location, wonderful staff. Our room was small, but nice. 2 problems. 1 car parking. They let their car park out as pay and display, and so many guests have to park on the street. Money grabbing if you ask me. Secondly, and I am a dog owner and had my dog with me, but other dog owners let their dogs go on the chairs and sofas, almost as if the place is a hotel for dogs! And so, if you don't like the thought of sitting where someone just had their terrier sat, then this might not be for you. If they sorted these 2 issues, then 5 stars all day long!

We used the Hydro pool, it was nicely laid out and very relaxing!

We had a perfect 1 night stay here. A couple hours in the fantastic spa, then a tasty 3 course meal in the restaurant. The rooms are fairly simple, but very comfortable. We left after a great breakfast feeling pampered and totally relaxed. We'll be back for a return visit soon.Rooms: Simple but comfortable. The small extra for a sea view is definitely worth it.Walkability: Right on the beach, a short walk to the centre of Falmouth.Food & drinks: Extremely good.Noteworthy details: A great spa with a large thermal suite. The outside hot tub is wonderful.

Spa was lovely, the room was lovely, but the food was awful!! We know tines are hard in our trade with good chefs, but more skill and training is needed in that department it was a bad experience for food such a shame to be let down by this, but the rest of the hotel was brilliant ?

This hotel is a pile of missed opportunities and cheap choices for a 4-star hotel.Location is great, nearly perfect. But their views are not as good as you'd expect for a seaside establishment. There is an ugly building that covers most of the views. The hotel is nicely decorated, especially in the common areas. Rooms are good but not great. We got there a little early for the check in, but the rooms weren't ready and they made us wait until the last minute before we we got the key. Whilst this is the rule, I highly doubt that both rooms weren't ready.Part of the hotel is under construction and some of the rooms have really bad view because of the construction site.Their breakfast comprises of a savory a-la-carte menu (average quality) and a buffet section but there are not enough savory choices (no eggs, ham, bacon, sausage). You get one mug per person.I had the worst scones of my life in this place. Hard, dry, tasteless. Same goes for a margherita pizza, which was straight from the freezer.WiFi was very poor in my room. The management is definitely playing cheap, I think they just need to be willing to spend a little extra to take this place to the next level.UPDATE 1/5/2024Forgot to mention that parking is severely undersized and there are not many legal parking options around.Check out at 11 is too early for a 4-star hotel.
