I visited Specsavers in Falmouth for a pre-booked Eye Test and replacement Reading & Distance Glasses. Reception by Staff was genuinely welcoming & light. I was then taken to the waiting area to see the Duty Optometrist - Mrs Elmi Swanepoel - who then carried out the Inspection and assessed my vision needs - responding to all my questions & concerns, putting me much at ease. Elmi is great asset to this Branch, as were all the other Staff I encountered in the Outlet.

went for appointment to be told no optician to do it never turned up had to return next day then went to collect glasses 2 pairs not there had to return again now have them they are damaged glasses all scratched so 6th time returning

The staff, service and choice of spectacles cannot be faulted and deserve 5 stars. I have only given 4 because of the store itself. The Mount Everest of stairs that you have to climb to the testing rooms is ridiculous and unacceptable. Specsavers Falmouth need to find other premises or install a lift. The elderly cannot climb all those stairs and shouldn't be expected to. They will lose customers for sure.

Excellent. Warm, friendly service and good clinically too. Also phoned with a small issue. Not on hold for ages and extremely helpful and accommodating (no optical pun intended)
