Bought a pair of Emu boots online at the beginning of February. I received them promptly but they did not fit. I went through the online returns process but heard nothing. After emailing them I was eventually told just to send them back, which I did. Since then, nothing. I have emailed and tweeted and messaged on Facebook but had no response. Secrets boutique have had the boots back but have not returned my £135. Appalling lack of customer service.

I love Secrets and the clothing lines they do. I have been a customer for five years and have to say that I haven't been able to find things like Adini anywhere else. The ladies are a friendly group and always make you feel welcome in the shop. Perfect for the Trago car park as ell and not far to walk.
