Disappointed. Went to watch Dune 2 , excellent movie but the side lights were more brighter than screen .When cinema starts usually most of the lights are usually dimmed in every cinema I had been to , but here the lights were more brighter than the screen it spoilt the whole experience for me as the movie is visually amazing.

Really good local multiscreen cinema. Helpful staff, comfy seats and great deals on tickets and a meal. They even have a bar/cafe

Arrived one hour before the movie started. Ordered food. Eventually arrived after 40 minutes! It wasn't what we had ordered, and there was now no time to eat it.Shockingly bad. Worst food I have ever had.

A great cinema! Good price, good food n drinks, and the seats are pretty good. Better than any west end cinema i have been too.I highly recommend this place.Next time we visit i want to try the onsite restaurant.There is a membership card you can get. Seams like a good deal.

Well done today Phoenix - Volume much lower thank god in studio 2 today. (A couple of weeks ago ?Napoleon? the volume was horrendous, so much so I had to put loads of tissues in my ears.)Today I?d taken my ear plugs but didn?t need them! Hurray! Someone there must?ve read & seen the complaints about the ?ear damaging volume. I know mine wasn?t the only complaint!Congratulations for today?s lower volume.

The Phoenix is a sweet town centre showing all of the latest releases. The staff are helpful, the popcorn fresh and the sound quality decent. The aircon in the main screen is a little loud but you soon forget about that if the film is any good.
