Amazing knowledge and care!
I had been in and out of the store a lot over the past few days deciding on if I should get fish and a fish tank again after five years since my last I ended up deciding to go for it.
Unsure of how I would go about it I asked Luke a member of staff with the coolest tats and a great big smile. He gave me lots of pointers and tempered my expectations for how soon I could start keeping them, all in the name of the welfare of the fish. Nevertheless excited to see how it will go in the not too distant future!
I've had a great experience so far so will definitely be coming back again.

I have never written a review before, but was reminded of my friendly customer service experience with Sienna upon finding the receipt in my pocket. Sienna was excellent despite the long queue of customers. Friendly smile, Happy energy and a Positive attitude!

Liam is the GOAT. What a knowledgeable, friendly, dedicated chap. Been in twice in the past couple of weeks for various bits and he couldn't have been any more helpful. Best customer service I've had in a long time.
