I was thrilled with the service and helpful staff at this Jewellers inside The Arcade in Falmouth. My Swatch watch hadn't been working for two years and I took it there for a replacement battery, which brought it back to functional! The jeweller told me she stocked replacement Swatch wrist bands too, so I chose a lovely colourful strap. This was expertly fitted onto my red Swatch and the worn strap carefully placed into a lock zip bag for me to take home. I'm delighted with my new red Swatch, brought back to life with care and kindness, thank you!

I have used this jewellery shop on numerous occasions over the years for new watch batteries and for links to be removed from watch straps, to allow them to fit correctly. Very friendly lady Instore and very efficient. Prices also good for the service provided. Wouldn't go anywhere else myself, also sells a good range of affordable jewellery and watches.

My wife and I love this shop in St. George's Arcade in our home town of Falmouth. The lady is knowledgeable, helpful and delightful to deal with. Highly recommended for everything from straightforward jewellery to old watch repairs.

If you need a jewellers, the place to go is in the arcade. She do watch straps and jewellery, also she will do is put your straps and batteries. You will find wot you won't. You can get it there. Merry Christmas to all.
