This apart-hotel is in a really good location. I walked into town to visit the art gallery & restaurants.Having a fully equipped kitchen was brilliant, there is also a dining room and lounge area. It's modern & very clean.Walkability: Very short walk to town centre

The location is very near falmoth, which is good. With the rooms, you get what you pay for. It's hard to rate the service as there's not staff around

Well this was a horrible experience. Was not able to contact anyone for this listing on a Friday. I wanted to say it was a late check in even though they say check in is from 1600-2400. So I end up at the house at 22:40 with no one there and noone being reachable and not able to get in. Had to search for a different hotel in the middle of the night The phone number given for you call mostly just consist of an answering machine that will give you a new number to the front desk (which they don't have) that you can only text and that they will only answer the following morning. And should you reach anyone to talk to you will find that they are incompetent and lying. The guy I talked to said he would let the hotel know and to contact me shortly. Noone contacted me shortly. The next morning I finally receive a message from someone asking if my check-in went well. They also mixed up the check in and out dates. This place is just a complete no-go

Very basic rooms which is what I expected. It isn?t clean. The toilet had not been cleaned at all. It was cold. The windows has a gap between the frame and the closed window. Inside the kitchen cupboards were dirty and there were ants on the worktop. No staff are at the premises and it is very difficult to get hold of anyone. The pros are the location is convenient.

A cute little guest house. It has everything you'd need for a short stay in Falmouth.

DO NOT COME HERE!!I booked a room for 1 at oasis house, Falmouth for 5 nights beginning 13/11/22. Immediately I noticed the shower did not give out hot water but only lukewarm or cold. The heater also did not become hot when turned on for the first 4 days.I called customer service 2 days in my stay, who called for a maintenance worker to arrive but he did not. I called the next day but no visit. I even showed the cleaning lady the the shower and radiator and she agreed that there was no hot water, hence she herself called the maintenance worker who never arrived. I spend my ENTIRE stay not being able to have a shower at all. After my abysmal and painful stay ended, I called customer service again who only offered me a voucher if I wanted to book again. No refund and apology. Nothing! This place is AWFUL, do not waste your money here!

Absolutely love this place , the only downfall is no breakfast any more and a little pricey for lack of breakfast . We stayed in the family room, it was very clean and very comfortable, the communal kitchen is well stocked with tea bags , coffee and sugar , there is use of a dishwasher and washing machine /tumble dryer tablets for both provided . Would definitely stay here again

Nice comfortable accommodation. Self catering facilities excellent. A little noisy as on main road but quiet overnight.

Front rooms face main road, very noisy early morning. There is a rooster very nearby that is bellowing away just before sunrise. Bad enough at 6am in March. Would be even worse late June.Bathroom so tiny, I punched myself trying to dry myself. Extractor fan stays on for 30 mins after switching bathroom light. It's very loud, so no chance of nodding of quickly. They need to invest in modern double glazing along with some decent black-backed curtains as light pours in even when pulled closed.Did read a comment re ear plugs, that is a purchase we quickly made the first morning of our stay.Location wise 10-15 mins to edge of town, they could make a note that for some even that short distance is too far due the very hilly town.

After pulling up and parking on a busy road, we were greeted at the Oasis House by beautiful palm trees and crisp Cornish air. We used the keypad and pre-disclosed code to enter the building (very modern) and were immediately greeted by the overwhelming smell of vomit. We entered our room which was conveniently located on the ground floor. Initially the room appeared pleasant with some nice decor and smart TV. All seemed fine until we inspected further. The bathroom was tiny and you needed to do some sort of yoga pose to operate the shower as it was so tight. If you aren't already very familiar with the person you're sharing a room with you will be by the end of your stay - the door doesn't close properly so leaves no bathroom habits to the imagination. But we decided we wouldn't be spending much time in the room so ignored some of these initial faults. This was until we attempted to sleep. The bed is possibly one of the worst things I've ever slept on, everywhere you turn you are greeted with various springs, I felt like I didn't see my partner all night as his side was so incredibly dipped down. The whole building had a hostel feel, with its shared kitchen and loud comings and goings of other guests. Our stay was so uncomfortable we did actually leave a day early and found somewhere else to stay. Its a budget hotel for a reason, my advice - pay a bit more and stay somewhere better.

The owners have gone to such effort. The room was clean & well presented (although the bed throw was dirty). But there is a communal kitchen where you have use of tumble dryer, oven, microwave, toaster & unlimited coffee/tea etc. Also a communal lounge/dining area. Good value for money but there were dogs barking next door until late at night. It is on a main road & parking is actually on that main road..which my husband was uneasy about.

I did read a review that said you can park right outside. This is not the case - there are double yellow lines directly outside. I did however manage to park a minute down the road which is fine. I am staying solo and the room is definitely small, however I would prefer having a small room with an on suite than a big room with no on suite. I am situated in a room at the front on the house which is noisy with traffic! But I can sleep with that, so not an issue. The duvet insert inside my duvet cover is larger than the cover which isn't great and there were some hairs on the bedsheets, but nothing too major. The TV is TINY!!! you may need glasses to see anything on it ? but I am not bothered. Nice to have access to the kitchen and dining room too. Pretty relaxed.

Stayed here last weekend. Parked right outside. Car stayed there all weekend as only 5 mins into the centre of Falmouth. I was in room 2 at the front of the house . Main road was noise but as I'd read previous reviews got some ear plugs , ,sorted !! Room lovely and clean, really great mattress and small but adequate on suite shower. Had use of the kitchen , so made my own breakfast each morning. This wasn't any trouble. Ithink the price was a little steep as no breakfast was included but overall a great place to stay.
