Will start with the good. The room is clean and tidy. The location is close to the city centre and there's off road parking.
The bad. The bathroom was so small and had the smallest sink and shower I've ever seen. The room didn't have a fridge within it, the place had a shared kitchen with a fridge but this was absolutely stuffed full of god knows whose food. The parking is very limited to 2 cars so if all the guests are driving it can be difficult. The road parking is limited due to double yellow lines.

We never used the kitchen facilities so can?t comment on them.
However the room was ok. It was on the ground floor. Ok size, but it was a very small bed! We couldn?t open the windows very wide and found the room to be incredibly stuffy and hot! No additional way of cooling or warming the room, should your visit be in the winter months.
The en-suite, if you can call it that, was smaller than a wardrobe! No good if you?re a tall person or even a large person. There was no privacy as it had a concertina door!! No where to put your belongings. You use the bath mat in the floor but then you can?t open the door afterwards without picking it up. Crazy! Although clean and tidy, It was not a comfortable bathroom at all!
The nice touches of the water in the room were greatly appreciated, but you couldn?t refill the kettle easily as it would not fit in the sink! Nor the water jug for that matter.
The rooms were clean and modern. But the walls were paper thin. I?m just glad there were no extremely noisy guests, although they did like to hang around outside room number 3 talking!!
It was a keyless system. We did struggle with the sensitivity of the key pad and found ourself trying for a few minutes each time.
There was parking available, for the apartment only, I know you can park on the street in certain sections, but it is such busy road and a small concern. You?re putting your car at risk, particularly if you?ve hired a car.
As we know Falmouth very well, not only from living there but visiting our family regularly we knew the location was good with only a small quick stroll to town for the shops and bars. I don?t think it will become one of our regular go too accommodations. Shame!

I would call it more of a mirage than an Oasis. We had a family room on the top floor. It's was small and the en suit was not good for a larger person, fortunately we aren't so just about fitted. The worst was the smell of mould it was so bad ? ? you can see where they tried to paint over it. Also stains on the carpet

I very much enjoyed my stay at Oasis Falmouth. Very good facility; safe, clean, quiet and in a great location for access to the beaches and town/harbour. I found the communication and level of service in general also to be of a very high standard and I would definitely stay again and/or recommend.

Room was clean and tidy and well serviced with tea and coffee facilities, etc. Easy to access and clear instructions. Free WiFi, TV but very small.What let it down we're 3 things based on the room I stayed in (Room 2):As it was at the front of the property and on the ground floor, you could here everything, even with the windows completely shut. It's on a main road so there's traffic and people all the time.The venetian blinds don't keep the light out at all and don't close completely either way you do them.The shower drain gurgled into the night despite the fact I didn't use it.I don't know what the other rooms are like so can't comment there but I wouldn't recommend Room 2.

Lovely self catering hotel. Very clean and sparkly bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. You can cook your own breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great bedding. Nice sheets and great pillows. Affordable and you get much for your money. It?s a little bit noisy, thin walls so you can?t be noisy or have a screaming baby. Highly recommended this hotel. One if the better ones I?ve been to.Rooms: Nice and clean

This apart-hotel is in a really good location. I walked into town to visit the art gallery & restaurants.Having a fully equipped kitchen was brilliant, there is also a dining room and lounge area.It's modern & very clean.Walkability: Very short walk to town centre

Well this was a horrible experience. Was not able to contact anyone for this listing on a Friday. I wanted to say it was a late check in even though they say check in is from 1600-2400. So I end up at the house at 22:40 with no one there and noone being reachable and not able to get in. Had to search for a different hotel in the middle of the night The phone number given for you call mostly just consist of an answering machine that will give you a new number to the front desk (which they don't have) that you can only text and that they will only answer the following morning. And should you reach anyone to talk to you will find that they are incompetent and lying. The guy I talked to said he would let the hotel know and to contact me shortly. Noone contacted me shortly. The next morning I finally receive a message from someone asking if my check-in went well. They also mixed up the check in and out dates. This place is just a complete no-go

Very basic rooms which is what I expected. It isn?t clean. The toilet had not been cleaned at all. It was cold. The windows has a gap between the frame and the closed window. Inside the kitchen cupboards were dirty and there were ants on the worktop. No staff are at the premises and it is very difficult to get hold of anyone.The pros are the location is convenient.
