They have attractively priced products. The click and collect purchase I have just made was the slowest I have experienced from any company. Perhaps I just picked a product that had to be shipped in from Azerbaijan!

We needed a small camping table and asked staff if they had any as there were none on the shop floor. They were most helpful and looked in the stock room to see if they had anything suitable. We were in luck, a small adjustable table was found. Not only that the staff member gave us an extra discount ensuring it was in our price range. 10/10 service. Keep up the create work. Large store with a good selection of clothes and accessories, clean, disabled access, located on High Street with carpark nearby.

I left my walking sticks in the shop after buying some boots for the south west coast path and got to st mawes by ferry then suddenly remembered I had left them there.. I called up the shop and one of the members of staff took them to the ferry terminal for them to be transported to me! Wow I?m so grateful and many thanks to the mountain warehouse team at Falmouth for saving my bacon!! Once again, many thanks :)
