Really lovely lady doing some cleaning asked if I had received my order. I had, I just missed the bus so was waiting for a coffee. But she went to go make and give it to me personally. Very lovely :)

I've lived in Falmouth 5+ years and ordered many times from this establishment. No matter the order size, through the drive through, can they fill my order without having me wait in the parking bay. Testing this, I placed the exact same order at another Mcd' s and no waiting or parking.

Sick to the back teeth, with the food taking for ever, cold and food missing.
Forgot using the delivery as they are always leaving things out and you can't get your money back.....with a couldn't give a toss attitude from the staff!!!

This might sound petty but since it happens EVERY time I use the drive through I feel the need to address the priority system, I pull up to order first, I'm waiting for my order to be taken, someone else pulls up and gets severed before me.. it's rather frustrating ..

Every time I come here and use the drive through I'm asked to park up and then wait for my food. I don't order anything special, just the standard menu items, nothing customised.
Currently waiting 20 minutes with customers parked up after me being served before me. Asked the staff member only to be told they were busy!?
Personally I think it's only fair they should inform people in the drive through if they can't do their food by the time they get to the window before they pay. I'm in a hurry hence using the drive through, if I wanted to spend half an hour getting my food I would of gone elsewhere.
Get more staff, or inform people there's going to be a delay before you take their money.

Used the app for the first time, collected food from the restaurant.
Parking a little tricky, spaces quite narrow and not an excessive amount of room. Staff very friendly and helpful on collection, making sure we had sauces etc
Went inside cause one of the Grandson's wanted to use the ordering terminal. He did very well, straightforward process. Staff friendly
Generally use drive thro' so can't comment on atmosphere. Only issue is sometimes bbq sauce gets forgotten otherwise fine
