Like most of the 202 Majestic Stores in all county, 90% of stores staff not happy ,poor pay rate,too many working hours,no weekends off, pressure to sell more and more,all about profit. Majestic doesn't care about staff,they don't look after the staff.

We came here to buy the wine for wedding and were able to have a tasting session before hand. It was absolutely brilliant, there was a huge variety and Krystina was so knowledgeable helpful. Great discounts as well. Thank you.

I've started shopping here for wine. The first few times the service and greeting has been top notch. Going above and beyond. However last night the lady behind the counter couldn't be anymore unhelpful. Eventually she said whispered hello. I asked for help and she said she didn't know and carried on with her job at the time whilst the others walk around with you, advising, listening and recommending. Very poor service and rude.

I used to work here as a Trainee Manager 10 years ago....going by the Majestic Principals, I was very surprised by my recent experience, whilst I appreciate it was the Christmas period, I was not impressed by the following:1) No music in store2) No 'would you like any help'3) Boxes of merchandise across the aisles4) Used staff coffee mug on the merchandise boxes5) No invite to the tasting counter6) White wine cooler in tasting counter not chilled6) Lack of enthusiasm from staff7) Case of wine just dumped outside the car.It felt like the staff couldn't be bothered to give a good service.I just wouldn't expect this from the service I gave whilst working at Majestic even during Christmas, it's a real shame to see.Will I be back? No, I don't think so.Retail is Detail - if Keith Blessley sprung a surprise visit, he'd not be 'very good, very good'...2 stars, because there was a good selection of wines...even if they are stocking Yellow Tail Shiraz these days ?

If you order wine 10 days in advance you expect it to arrive on time. Spend too much money with them every year but no more. No explanation just pass on the problem to Yodel.

I had a problem in that I didn't receive a delivery of 12 bottles of prosecco. It took a few attempts to contact the right person, but I can forgive that over the busiest period of the year, but they then quickly resolved the matter to my complete satisfaction and I have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you.

The young lady (long brown hair) knew about the types of wine we are looking for. We are definitely using Majestic Wine (Falmouth) for our wedding guests wines & sparkling wine.
