The whole team at Kimberley's are fantastic and can't do enough for you. They fairly look after the interests of both the seller and buyer of a property. They kick useless solicitors up the a** when needed. During the stressful times someone on the team will get you answers, there's no sorry I'm off the clock. Can't recommend the team enough!

This is the second house we have sold with Kimberley?s. From start to finish Steve and his team provided excellent support in all areas of our sale. During the sale there were some difficult areas to navigate and the team provided fantastic advice and went above and beyond in helping smooth the process, especially when coordinating responses between solicitors. A particular mention for Abbey, who provided a first class service to ourselves, in providing clear and very quick responses to any arising issues and made the process a lot easier to get through. I would recommend Kimberley?s to anyone looking to buy or sell a house in the area. Thank you!

Kimberley's made our moving experience x100 more enjoyable, we couldn't recommend them enough! They were unbelievably kind and responsive throughout the entire process and were a joy to deal with. I worked with Gary and Claire in selling my mother?s home in Falmouth. The experience and level of advice, service and support I received was outstanding. I live overseas and after an initial meeting, the entire process was handled remotely yet I felt the team was always right there when I needed them. Communication was excellent. Advice was insightful. But everyone was prepared to go the extra mile without being asked. The team arranged all inspections, even booking house clearance. And Claire even posted home items online to help me sell them. In a frenzied home market, many agents begin to take shortcuts because there are more buyers than homes, but this company went beyond expectations? they still remember that people are behind every transaction.

I can?t recommend Kimberley?s estate agents enough. They were just amazing from the start to finish. They constantly kept in touch with us, always quick to foresee any problems and react to them. They were totally supportive through the collapse of our first sale and was speedy in their actions to put the house back on the market and get the sale within 24hrs. Clare who was our main contact was just fab, she saw through all the viewings and finally got a sale we needed. The sale went through perfectly and I can honestly say, Clare and Gary went over and above what was expected of them? contacting solicitors, contacting the top of the chain for constant updates, supporting us all the way when tight and sometimes impossible demands were put on us. I can honestly say they were more than just estate agents, they went above and beyond! We are now in our lovely home and we can?t thank them enough x

We had a valuation done on our property by Claire and she was brilliant; enthusiastic, really knew her stuff, keen to know what we wanted and were looking for, provided loads of comparable evidence to back up their valuation and talked about what they would do to market it if that's what we decided. Couldn't have improved on her service!!

I can highly recommend Kimberley's Estate Agents in Falmouth. In particular Gary Portman was amazing. His attention to detail is second to none. Nothing was too much trouble. He made the whole process as stress free as possible. I sold my house in Camborne and bought my new one in Falmouth through them. The whole team are absolutely great and are the best I've ever dealt with.

It saddens me to write this review of a local company. Kimberleys estate agents, primarily Claire and Steve Kimberley, provided very poor customer service for 6 months while we were purchasing a property through them.A property that had the drive to be completed within 4 months due to the vendors needing to move up country which suited us as chain free buyers.Throughout the process Claire was unbelievably rude and unprofessional on all telephone contacts with myself and my fiancé - hanging up the phone mid conversation, continually sharing her personal opinions on the transaction rather than fact, and did not share important information between us and the vendors.After 5 months Kimberleys and the vendors asked for us to provide them with 6 months rent money (£6000) in order to continue with the purchase - we accepted this offer however nothing moved forward.At 6 months after having our offer of the asking price accepted, Steve Kimberley contacted us and said that he was ?ripping off the bandaid? and informed us that the vendors were withdrawing their acceptance of our offer and Kimberleys were to put the property on the market again at a higher price.There were threats of the vendors potentially pulling out of the deal fromClaire at month 4, however Steve and Gary continually reassured us that this was not going to be the case. Kimberleys then left us in a worse off position due to continually increasing house prices in the area, homelessness and suffering greatly with our mental healthThis treatment of a local family by Kimberleys estate agents is the complete opposite of Falmouth town values and we are astounded to hear that this is not the first time local people have experienced similar scenarios with the company.Obviously very dissatisfied with their service, wouldn?t recommend.
