Needed rear bearings replaced on my ebike & motor making some unwanted noise. Glad to hear they work on ?any ebike? apart from certain e-bikes it would later transpire.Dropped my bike off to be ignored for the first 10 minutes, appreciate the guy was with a customer but not even a good morning.Later on collecting the bike bearings seem ok but not interested in looking at the motor as it?s not the kind of motor they work and it?s basically my fault for buying such a specific bike, sorry thought specialized were pretty common & could you not have told me that before you charged me £69 to NOT REPLACE REAR BEARINGS, later confirmed at another bike shop after the motor inevitably failed.Mr helpful bandana attitude could not be more unhelpful or quite dishonest.At least you ripped me off good and proper.Cheers, won?t be back.More than happy to discuss if you?d like to give me back the cash for some very expensive grease.

Great support and service from Steve, who seemed to know just about everything there is to know about bikes. Needed two new wheels, everything swapped over and ready to collect the next day! Couldn't of been slicker. Really appreciate it, thanks!
