“I visited Specsavers in Falmouth for a pre-booked Eye Test and replacement Reading & Distance Glasses. Reception by Staff was genuinely welcoming & light. I was then taken to the waiting area to see the Duty Optometrist - Mrs Elmi Swanepoel - who then carried out the Inspection and assessed my vision needs - responding to all my questions & concerns, putting me much at ease. Elmi is great asset to this Branch, as were all the other Staff I encountered in the Outlet.”
