Nick just helped my girlfriend and I out with setting up broadband in st Ives, a challenge as the connection there is very bad. He was extremely helpful in providing a cost effective solution to tide us over until something more permanent can be arranged. Thank you so much you saved the day.

Wife's phone packed up whilst on holiday, so came here for a new one. Matt showed us various phones and explained the contracts available. We chose a Samsung Galaxy S22 with an unlimited contract, very happy with the deal and the service we received in the shop.

The office is along a busy street, easy to locate, but no parking space. Big office space , very friendly knowledgeable and accommodating staff. My two boys were able to run round the office space and caused less distractions.

Completely incompetent employees... they don't know what they are selling to whom... they sold me the Internet, which I cannot have at home. I waited for an engineer for 2 months and then it turned out that I couldn't use what they sold me. Every employee says something different..avoid this place!!!!!

They are very helpful staff but I think half the staff don't know what they're doing or I've not been trained I asked the salesman when I was changing phones and contracts could I keep my old phone number and they said yes of course they pretended to do all the stuff never happened because I have a completely different phone number now and it has meshed me up because I have to do everything A lot more because I have to reset up my phone

Long waits and incorrect advice, I will head to Truro in future this shop used to be honest and upbeat now the old staff have left it's draining and long-winded, staff seem poorly trained and the manager is seemingly not very happy in his job ...Update - this store is a franchise and according to EE the company has a terrible reputation and advised visiting the Truro store that is actually EE!

These guys are so KNOWLEDGEABLE and I had the most amazing phone upgrade and BT WIFI money saver experience on Sunday with Nathanial and Charlie .....I'm not the most tech savvy but these guys are professional, approachable and a credit to what they are selling/upgrading....Thankyou you are a credit to EE......I love my Red S10 ?
