Good pizza usually BUT service seems to be going downhill recently. Missing items / messy / poorly cut pizza. Shame, as had been using them for years and could always rely on them before.

I have been ordering from this Dominos for a while and have definitely noticed some minor and major mistakes with orders. That wouldn't be a problem if this weren't such a common occurrence. Today we placed an order for the hamburger one and basically received a plain pizza with tomato topping and minced meat (which was barely there to begin with). At one point I became suspicious that staff did this only for promo materials. Whether that's actually the case or not is up for debate. Definitely doesn't make me wish to be a frequent customer.
I'd recommend raising the store's standards as I'm not the first customer to complain about the inconsistency with orders.
On a positive note, driver's are very friendly and timely! Considering they work until 1 at night.

Do not order from this place!!
We arrived in Falmouth tonight after a long drive down from London and after arriving in the UK only yesterday. We order from Dominos Australia quite frequently, so expected the same problem-free experience ordering Dominos via Uber Eats.
However, our food never turned up. All attempts at communication were entirely ignored so I have basically lost over £34 which I doubt will be refunded. I understand food service businesses get overwhelmed and busy and sometimes can not fulfil orders-however it is basic customer service to inform the customer of this eventuality when it occurs. The lack of communication is the biggest problem here. I wish I could give zero stars because one star is much too generous.

Parts of order missing; called to have them replaced, was told they would be sent out and never received. Spent £25 on a medium pizza.

Multiple parts of the order was wrong and the food was luke warm. When I called up the woman wasn?t very helpful nor apologetic and asked me what I wanted to happen before offering a refund for one of the wrong items. Very disappointed as was looking forward to the new festive range and feel I was dismissed.

I would highly recommend Dominos Falmouth, it's a great branch. I recently had a small issue with my order and Nikendra and the team sorted it straight away. Great customer service and great food.

After looking online that they are open until 1am, I visited at 11pm, was told that I cannot order in the store (yet there was 3 people inside). Told to go outside and order online which is the most bizarre concept. Just went to a. Different takeaway. Maybe I?m missing something but surely the reason in having a physical shop is to allow people to come in and order?

They clearly cant use google maps. Make you walk to the location to pick up your food. Not good enough really. Bad service. Wont refund delivery fee.

Walked in and placed an order, got told 15 minutes. Then fund out that my order when ready had been sent to someone else. Takes special effort to get two customers unhappy with one order.

Every order I place there's always an issue. Wedges / Fries are always cold/under cooked. No notification if items aren't in stock so you'll be sent something you didn't order. Awful customer service. Drivers can't read notes provided. I could go on and on. Has to be one of the worst Domino's restaurants out there.

Overcooked, greasy, and devoid of filling.
