Took a parcel down there for shipping and staff member was completely clueless. Told me they had no idea how the DHL shipping works and couldn't help me. I also asked if he could print the label and he said no. Checked the DHL website and it says they offer label printing services, shipment drop off and collection and international and domestic shipping, none of which they actually seem to offer unless this staff member just hasn't been trained at all. Complete waste of a journey.

Avoid at all cost. I had a faulty blind to return. An email was sent with label etc and date and time. Great I thought. Then I get a phone call asking about the parcel. This is a private number so you can't call back when it all goes wrong. She offered to get it picked up the next day between 9 and 1 (Wed) fantastic I thought. Wrong. Nobody turned up. Then when I was out the next day (Thurs) someone rang to tell me they were outside my door. No notification to say anyone was coming. He told me to rearrange collection but you can't email as it's a no reply email that sends the label and the phone numbers given charge 7p per minute. Appalling service.
