Could not be happier with my experience with Cloudberry. I purchased a lovely Fermob outdoor furniture set. They were very helpful with advice as I explored the options. As impressive was their total care ensuring the pieces were perfect before onward delivery by the supplier. Twice they had to return prices due to issues with the powder coating and they did so of their own volition keeping me informed. I really can't recommend the team at Cloudberry more highly and thank them enough for their attention to detail. Advice. Patience. Flexibility. Thank you.

Cloudberry have amazing, contemporary, high end products that I would have only expected to find in London. So great that they are here on my doorstep in Cornwall. The wall hanging is fantastic, and the service was seamless and with a smile. Highly recommend!

Would definitely recommend this small business in Falmouth!Great quality looking items and that?s just a start, the owners Alicia & Steve are the most down to earth people and their communication is second to none! Beautiful products and fantastic customer service.Due to the pandemic and Brexit my order arrived slightly later than expected but the Cloudberry Living team kept me aware of the delay/status and made sure the product arrived to me asap! Even organised a Saturday delivery FOC. I am really pleased with my Fermob product and definitely recommend them.
