“I went in to this shop to buy a pair of sunglasses because we were on a day trip on a boat and had neglected to bring our sunglasses with us.
The Welcome we received from Emily was excellent she was helpful and professional and had a bright cherry smile which made it all the easier parting with some money.
Fortunately there was a sale on and wheat managed to get the sunglasses for a very good price indeed.
Emily is a great ambassador for the organization and if all the staff are as good as she is I'm sure the store will go from strength to strength.”

“We needed a small camping table and asked staff if they had any as there were none on the shop floor. They were most helpful and looked in the stock room to see if they had anything suitable. We were in luck, a small adjustable table was found. Not only that the staff member gave us an extra discount ensuring it was in our price range. 10/10 service. Keep up the create work. Large store with a good selection of clothes and accessories, clean, disabled access, located on High Street with carpark nearby.”

“Lovely little charity shop in the heart of Falmouth. Most of the staff are friendly however there is one, I think her name was Pauline?, who needs reminding what customer service really is. She came across as rude and arrogant. Cannot fault any other members of staff that I have had the pleasure of meeting in there. The shop itself is quite small. There isn't much room to move around if it is busy, especially at christmas when they have extra shelving out with cards, gifts and decorations. However with it being a smaller shop you do get a much better service. There's always a good selection of clothes, bags and shoes as well as DVDs, books and CDs. Sometimes they can be a little bit thin on mens and kids but its obviously just because that stuff hasn't been donated. This is definitely one of the friendliest charity shops in the locality, I just wish they would reeducate that one staff member on how to treat a paying customer.”
