It's abit sad Really seeing a pharmacy closed because of no staff and sends everyone in to town not alot of people can get down there needs to improve or unfortunately won't last in the near future

At least twice (that I know of) recently has been closed on a Saturday when we've needed to collect prescriptions and last time I went during the week I was left waiting half an hour for a collection and the staff had to be reminded that I was still there ?

This is the slowest, most incompetent pharmacy in the entirety of Cornwall. They mess up prescriptions every time they are required, and the wait to collect a prescription that should be ready is over 40 minutes. It would be quicker to set up a chemists in your garage and make your medication yourself by hand. This place needs closing down honestly.

Slowest pharmacy in the west country. Quicker to drive to Plymouth. More staff than customers but still slower than a canoe in treacle. Scraped 2 stars as they are polite while being useless.

Shocking service, especially considering the number of staff that work here. Always a massive queue, regardless of time of day. Called yesterday as my prescription was faxed. Told it would be ready yesterday afternoon, came this morning and low and behold, it wasnt ready. Compare this to the boots on north road west in Plymouth which is tiny, understaffed and always outstanding service.

We'v used Trescobeas Pharmacy for years. The staff remain caring, hardworking and polite.There's been noticeably less staff of late, but the same is said of the Market Street store.Boots are closing lots of stores countrywide, so thank goodness Falmouth hasn'tl.

I hate this place. The staff are slow, letting needy customers take up their time by letting them ask ridiculous questions. Never enough people on duty, especially at the till, no apologies for keeping people waiting. They go to lunch whether it?s busy or not and everything is an issue. Continental drift moves quicker than this shower ?

Tried to collect my prescription for a bladder flush kit. I gave them the NHS barcode. The kit was not in stock. Still waiting for Boots to call.

I was given a prescription for an over the counter item (hence I didn?t actually need the prescription). The item cost £3.99, but I was still charged the full £9.65 prescription charge and was not advised of the difference. Any other pharmacy would have raised this out of common courtesy? not the morally bankrupt staff here!I also had to wait over half an hour for the privilege of having olive oil ear drops put into a bag.Absolute joke.

Brilliant service from this pharmacy who were extremely busy. They dispensed my medicine which I had forgotten to bring on holiday with me. All sorted through the NHS with no problem.
