One of the post-apocolyptic Boots, not well kept at all, you would expect for a place with medical capacity to be a little more sterile than what it currently is.

Visited yesterday to get some skincare advice. The 2 ladies who served me could not have been more helpful. Thank you so much. Really enjoying wearing the No 7 BB cream

Having tried for days to get them to answer the phone, I managed to go there in person.
I found the guy who should of been behind the pharmacy counter, in one of the display areas talking to someone about dandruff shampoos, meanwhile at least 20 people in a queue to get their meds.
Absolutely insane organisation and service.

Following a tricky start with the pharmacy in boots Falmouth ( market street) I find myself thinking about how hard and frustrating the pharmacy can be in on busy times and I for one would like to thank the staff and especially CONNOR for his support and understanding of patients who have mobility and other medical issues. He is an amazing person who is very much appreciated by our family. Give the chap a pay raise and don?t let him go ? x

So annoyed seeing so many people moaning about this pharmacy! All the staff are lovely and always go out of their way to help people. They put up with A LOT of abuse, which I've witnessed first hand, and they respond politely and offer all the help they can.
Been with this pharmacy for years and wouldn't go anywhere else.
The fact that there is a bit of a queue, means that lots of people prefer to use boots!
All of the staff are VERY hard working and if they don't answer the phone it's because they are busy putting your prescriptions together! You can't have it both ways!!! ??
Brilliant service from all the staff!!!!

Would just like to comment on the excellent service from Boots in market street.yet again due to no pharmacist being present at boots on trescobeas ,which seems to be a recurring problem,I had to go to boots in market street and service there was thankfully 100% better, despite a queue the wait wasn?t to bad and kept informed of any delays, although they don?t seem to have the amount of staff as they do at trescobeas service was so much better.

Pharmacy never pick up the phone, we need our prescriptions every month and we struggle with mobility and health issues, so it?s important to know when they are available for our son to pick up. He works full time and needs to have an idea when pick up. Really Boots you need to look into this problem as they are understaffed and underpaid. I see a huge turnover in staff and that is not good for any company or confidence in your ability to provide a better service.

Utterly horrendous by all metrics. Staff disinterested, completely apathetic. Queue gridlocked, with one till, not moving. Ordered a prescription through their online doctor, it was out of stock, so they made me come back twice, only to tell me that they didn't know what to do and gave me zero options. I had already paid for the prescription too, and they informed me that there's no automatic refund system, so now I have to fight that case too. None of this message was conveyed to me without having to present myself (1 hour walk from my residence) in the shop. All in all, the worst possible experience, that wasted a week of my time, £35, and resulted in nothing.

Shocking. The lady with purple hair never stopped moaning, about the workload, the customers etc.
Very unhelpful and we seem to be a nuisance rather than a customer

Store has gone down hill.It needs refurbishment as its dirty and run down. Total lack of staff, only one till operating at the front of the store. While waiting I saw loads of people walk out and say I'm not waiting here we will go to super drug instead.

I got a referral via 111 to be seen by the pharmacist, when I got there, I was told there was nothing he could give me, to go home and take paracetamol and drink water. I Did 111 again, went to Truro instead 2 hours later, got seen instantly and was provided with 5 days of antibiotics for a raging infection.
The pharmacist at Falmouth was totally useless and disinterested and I wouldn?t recommend the Falmouth pharmacy as he really didn?t care at all. They were SO helpful at Truro.

I came in today, nothing but my ID, I was incredibly short on my prescribed antidepressants and I had no way of contacting my surgery due to queue timing. They sorted me out immediately, just asked for a few bits of information I was more than happy to give, and I felt a wave of pressure fly off of my shoulders. It may not be much to others, but these people saved me mentally, and I thank those who were working there today.Thank you to Joe, in specific, for taking care of me.I appreciate you all.

Prescription not in stock inspite of invitation to collect. Stock control needed between NHS and pharmacies.
