Outstanding customer service and highly knowledgeable people. Stunning shop. My TAVAT glasses broke and although I didn't buy them from here and they are not a dealer for TAVAT Mark took on the tricky fix and I got my favourite glasses back.I would not hesitate to recommend them and will be in for sure when I next buy some new glasses.If you need an opticians in Falmouth, Cornwall then this is the place to go. The best independent opticians I've visited.Thank you for a great service.

A brilliant opticians. Very professional and caring team who ensure that your eyes get exactly what they need. You can't scrimp on your eyes! If you're looking to get varietals or bifocals it's all about how your new lenses are set up. And this opticians is the best. Been using them since we moved here and the service and attention to detail has always been first class.

Absolutely brilliant optician! Mr Miller did a fantastic job, explained everything in fascinating detail and took great care running through various tests with patient, meticulous attention taken to each. My new lenses are such an improvement on the previous. Very highly recommended!

Brilliant service by informed and lovely people, eye test with Andrew revealed little change to my prescription, there was no "sell" for new frames, better lenses etc (which has happened before with other places) and then Mark fitted my existing frames so they (now) actually fit. No hesitation to recommend.

Excellent service and very thorough eye exam. Staff are really friendly and a wide range of designer frames to choose from. Wouldn't go anywhere else now. Can't recommend them enough.

How often do you hear people say "where can you find a good opticians?" well you are looking at one right here in Falmouth, Alexandra Miller Opticians. The staff are just wonderful, helpful and more importantly they know what they are doing. If you need any advice this is the place to visit, with plenty of choice and styles to pick from you will not be disappointed and that is why I give Alexandra Miller Opticians Five Stars.
