How can so many rude and obnoxious staff work in one store, is Carnon Downs where Spar send the unwanted staff from other stores!Looking at the previous reviews I think Spar should consider some staff training on how to smile and be happy in your work

This evening I popped in, took my stuff to the counter, the woman, looked at me, scanned stuff I'd brought then held her hand out, without even speaking to me or saying how much it the total was, I gave her the money waited for my change, which she dumped in my hand, still without speaking, she is like this every time I go in the store which is most day, she should not be in customer service and ruins the whole store

This is a great small store, carrying a wide range of goods, with a Post Office and parking. However, I do not know what has happened to the staff but today they were offhand & rude - so I won?t be shopping there again!

Every time I buy a Sunday paper I?m always served by a mature lady with a terrible attitude towards customer?s, it?s as if we shouldn?t be bothering her, no smile, please or thank you, why on earth do you employ people like this, it?s letting the side down!

A great little shop. Well stocked with a good range of products.Just a real shame that one of your assistants who has served me and my husband on several occasions is so rude. No eye contact and doesn?t speak to you . No customer service whatsoever.

Large convenience store situated in an affluent area.Well stocked with all the essentials.Usual selection of budget wines, plus a selection of dusty old bottles of better quality stuff for when your pockets are feeling deeper.In house butchery counter, which you will always find closed if you have to work for a living. The meat that they pack up for the refrigerator is superb though.Always a good laugh negotiating your way in or out of the ample off road parking.

This and all spars have lost their core value. Arctic coffee pricing policy has earned one star rating. Especially after speaking to arctic coffee. What you are doing is ripping people off. After years of frequenting spars, I shall now be taking my business elsewhere.
