Wow, what a fantastic couple of lads. Luke and Alex fitted a new boiler for us which also meant a lot of work in the airing cupboard. They were so professional, hard working and respectful. I have PTSD from a house fire so their consideration was exceptional. They were mega polite with us as well as with the cat and parrot. Our old cat even got support and care from them and as for the interaction with our parrot ?. I would have them back any day of the week, they were a joy to have in our house for the 2 days.

Thanks very much to Dan and James at M & M Plumbing for a first class installation of new bathroom at property in Treknow.Job was more complicated because of existing water damage to bathroom. Costs for extra work were appropriate and reasonable.Excellent service and communication throughout.

M&M Plumbing fitted a new, larger shower enclosure and tray. Ordinarily this might be straightforward but a combination of lockdown, delivery trucks not being able to deliver to our cottage, very uneven walls, and an unhelpful waste pipe made the whole job challenging. M&M Plumbing, Dan and Leanne in particular, were outstanding in making this happen. Communication was superb.

I called M&M as I had an issue with a hot water tank. I asked for Luke specifically as he has been out to me before. The heating system is a complex one to say the least. Luke has a considered and methodical approach and I like this style of working, as it saves time and fuss. He sorted the issues in good time and as always is tidy with neat workmanship. Cheers Luke.

M&M Plumbing & Heating have done a number of jobs for me in 2020 including servicing an LPG boiler and rebuilding an en-suite shower room. The quality of the work has been excellent, the staff friendly and courteous, and the professionalism on the administration side was outstanding.

Couldn't fix an intermittent fault but still demanded to be paid in full.In response to your reply - as per our conversation at the time, I didn't expect you to work for free, but neither did I expect you to demand payment in full when the boiler was still intermittently faulty.

We have been experiencing an intermittent problem with our central heating for about 9 months. The boiler would not start, we reported it - then it came back on again, so no fault found. It went off again recently and I decided to give m & m a go as it was getting near Christmas and by Sod?s law would break down at the worst time possible. The phone was answered by Leanne who expertly gathered the history of the fault and details of the system. Leanne arranged for a plumber to call around within 4days, in the afternoon (after his other jobs were finished.). Luke duly turned up as promised and immediately diagnosed the fault (a tiny motor in the heating valve was sticking). He replaced the motor with parts straight from his van - which cured the problem. Really good service. Highly recommended.

Another speedy response and excellent service. Earlier this year I had a dangerous boiler situation in my home. I rang M&M and within 2 hours Luke was on site. He was absolutely excellent. I found him polite, professional, knowledgeable and he took great care and pride in doing an excellent job. Today my boiler locked out as I had run out of oil. M&M were my first port of call. Within 3 hours Shane was on site and got my heating working again. That's speedy service considering it so near Xmas! Thanks Guys.
